
Yesterday in the evening, I had set a timer on my sprinkler in the garden, and because once in a while it fails to go off, I went out to check on it after dark. When I turned around to come back in the house, I was stopped in my tracks by a truly lovely sight.
There was a ring around the moon as sometimes happens when there is moisture in the air.
I took this picture with my phone braced on top of a fence post. Nighttime photos are never really clear, but in spite of that, it took a nice photo. The star shape in the middle is an artifact of the lens that just added a magical feature.

As with most things celestial, 'you had to be there'. And last night... I was. 💗

Beautiful picture i love those kind of shots usually i get some good ones when we start on trail early soon it will be warm enough and i hope to get some good moon shots and beautiful sun rise

Beautiful. I believe it is God’s way for us to stop and remind us of His creation and we are a part of His creation, too. I am glad you capture something beautiful
