Zen Garden Achieved

Now we wait for peaches. God willing, we will have a few to savor. All we need is seven month's worth of patience. Now that is what I call delayed gratification!

That reminds me, I need to prune the apple trees down at my folks place... hopefully I can get down there sometime fairly soon!

That tree looks pretty shorn to me. How many twigs are there left to bear peaches? I'll be counting.

Love the graphics! Did you do your own? The background is so soothing and natural.
What a long wait for those luscious peaches. Seven months . . . oh boy!

Ahhhh no wonder the buttons had a familiar feel! I do browse the wine racks often.
I was reading back a couple of entries. I do like Nickelback and have been listening them since my Indiana days. They were played often on WTTS Bloomington/Indianapolis (where I once could have worked temporarily but took a permanent position instead and have always regretted that . . . would have been fun! Anyway . . . they are quite popular. I was just nosing around Google and read that one of the guys used to sell coffee for $1.45 so he'd have to give the customers a 'nickel back' and that is where the name came from.
I envy my daughter her iPod and would love an MP3 player of some sort. I've got her making me CDs of my faves so that os cool! Although somehow it seems to work out that they end up being more her faves . . . but it's all good, I love music!
