I chose another ink at random from my last ten sample vials this morning. This is it:

After changing five settings on my phone's camera, I have finally arrived at a reasonable facimiliy of the color of this ink. I am very grateful to Grok for walking me through the settings and getting back to some kind of realistic photography instead of the 'fry your retinas' version that the iPhone seems to prefer.

It's supposed to be 101 degrees here today.

I'm very happy to report my adopted brother, M. came and helped me install the air conditioner into the kitchen window. Just in time I might add. Thank you M.!

Anyhoo, I now have a pen with a large volume capacity for ink, full of Rose Quartz to use up before the next ink adventure. You would be surprised at how many pages you can write with this amount of ink:
