In Which I Prove That I Am Easily Amused:

Sometimes in my bumbling quest for creativity, there appears an object that just knocks my socks off.

All I can say is that I am barefoot right now.

I had in mind to make a little pouch of some kind that one might wear around their neck with something special tucked inside. So I got out my special lace weight yarn that I bought on our knitting group field trip not long ago, and set to.

I didn't have a pattern so made it up as I went along.

It turned out a little too large for what I originally had in mind.

At first I was a little disappointed.

But a certain member of the 'family' thought it was just perfect for her purposes, and claimed it on the spot as her own.

I therefore present to you with an inordinate amount of glee facilitated by the good graces of serendipity,

(Oh for crying out loud....Get ON with it!)
