Shrooms In The Hood

As I was turning the corner the other day on my way home, I noticed a .... hey, what do you call a bunch of mushrooms? A stand? A phalanx? A tangle? A fung? Anyone know?

Anyway, here they are. Wonder if they are edible or could kill you dead as a doornail in five minutes... Shrooms. The ultimate mysteries.

It just occured to me that this is my first official act that is dated with the new year.



May it be a year of blessing and goodness. And inspired by something Mamallama told me about yesterday, I am naming this year my year of 'Courage'.

    I wouldn't think of eating. From what I looked up seems if the under side is black on the ineatable list.

    I refer to mine as a colony of fungi. They crop up in the flower beds when it's warm and humid. I'm fairly certain those gnomes inhabit them when they're available. The results are chaos and mayhem. Oh, joy.

    They ARE nice to look at, though.

    Ok I tried #18 that does seem to be better Happy New Year to you also and be careful of the shrooms I don't know much about wild mushrooms I just prefer store bought
