Today I went down to the community garden where I have a plot that I planted mostly in carrots this year.

I pulled up a nice assortment of pretty large ones:

But then I encountered one that required a considerable amount of effort to extract. I could not believe my eyes...

I think I can say with complete certainty, this is the largest carrot I have ever grown. I'm thinking of roasting it whole!
