No Photos For You!
Wed Mar 19 2008

I struck out yesterday in the camera department.

The make and model I was looking for seems to be in demand as there was nary a one to be found at Wal-Mart nor Target.

(Boy, you shop at the most prestigious establishments don't you?)

Yep, only the best for me.

I feel quite odd having no camera. I didn't quite realize how much I click away around here all the time. I feel kinda funny without one to hand.

But I have promised myself that I would stay home today and get my house in order. Laundry is piled on the floors that need mopped and the last of the dead winter detritus needs to be pulled out of the beds in the yard. Somebody has to do something about the dust, and I think there is cooking to do. So my camera quest is on hold for a 'work day'.

I got to share my finished sweater with my Tuesday knitting group yesterday. They declared it wonderful, amazing and well done. [Not many people knit with this kind of rustic yarn, so it is quite the 'Objet d’art'] But a very practical one thank goodness.
I valued their very experienced opinion and had a fun time watching them ooo and ahh over it. It made me feel more normal myself as I have a tendency to hug myself while wearing it because it is such a marvel to me still, that I actually made it!

(.....

Don't even start ( ), I'm not in the mood for it.

If you want to do something constructive for a change, why don't you mop the kitchen floor?

Sorry about the lack of camera. I do miss your pictures. The back yard must be looking pretty nice what with the blossoms on the peach tree.

I made a trip to the airport and back this morning. Sacramento is looking Spring-y now, and it's such a pleasure!

    Bless

Hubby and I were in Best Buy looking at digital cameras last night, and they have a couple on sale for rather attractive prices.
