Home Is Where The Toasty Toes Are
I am particularly dull today, in the writing department anyway. This is NOT a good thing, as I have a writing assignment to get done before the Writer's Group this week...
I have been to a public affair, and as is so often the case with introverts, I now need some time to recharge my batteries. Even though the shindig was a pleasant one, I was so happy to arrive home where I can kick off my shoes and go back to being annonymous.
Whew!
Thank God for hearth and home.
Speaking of which, I think I will turn on the gas fireplace and toast my toes near it for a while.
May all YOUR toes be toasty! And all your batteries fully charged.
