Could you put a obelisk trellis there and put in some black-eyed susans? Or, you're lucky enough to live in a climate where vigna caracalla will grow, you could grow some there and I can envy you!

I guess it is good you don't have 5 acres to play with , Daisy and I just run ragged watering and ect.Beware of large space.

If you've eaten them fresh off the vine, yes a definite difference. Jams taste similar, I've never had loganberry pie, so I'm not sure on that front.

How did you come by the flag? I would like to have a smaller version.
My patio fountain would be perfect in that spot. Can't remember where I bought it, but I'm sure you'll find something to your liking in a nursery. Definitely that spot needs some TLC. But where is the nearest electrical outlet to power the fountain?

I like your idea for a fountain in that area. I love the sound of water in a garden.

Do be careful when it's that hot. The heat can overtake a person before you know what's happening. Be sure to keep properly hydrated when your out, even in the "cooler" morning air.
I think I'm done lecturing you now......

Psalm 91 came to mind when I saw Israel's flag. I shall make it my prayer.

It's amazing how good a bit of hard work can make you feel. Hope you get to the other areas of your garden soon. ;-)
