Ms. Hen is indisposed today.

She has taken to her bed. I hear the reason is the ingestion of too much matzah.

Never go near the stuff myself.

I have a longstanding snit going on with the Almighty having to do with a certain plague involving some close relatives of mine.

No, I don't want to share my feelings about it with you. I hardly know you.

I suspect the hen will be back next week.

Makes no never mind to me one way or the other.

Move along.

Poor Little Red. I hope she is feeling better soon.

You're playing with fire when you have a snit with the Almighty. Better watch yourself. Things can happen. I'm just sayin'...

Well, at least hens are useful--lay eggs, taste good, have feathers--not like some plaguey toads I've heard about!

    Hugs,

Now just a minute here, Mr. Frog. Toad. Whatever. Your relatives were instrumental in bringing a great miracle. Remember, your ancestors and my ancestors had a beef with Pharoah.

I dunno about the rest of the decendents, but I think your ancestors did a good job. Smelly, as it turned out, but it was one more mark against the bad guy.

    Shalom

*****knocks Mr. Toad out of the way as he seems to be trying to be impeding my progress*****

RYC: Nooooooooo. The tombs AREN'T sad at all, at all. They are a joy. They tell the tale of those buried for almost 1000 years. There is heat and heart to those tombs. They speak to us even today. They whisper of ancient times gone by. They are the link between the past and the future.

Stop and listen to them whisper.......
