Today it has been raining, sometimes very hard, and the wind has been gusting alarmingly. Makes you feel nervous. The weather kept me indoors, so I puttered around with other things.
I have rearranged my work table and have a new addition. My Pilea plant grew a pup, and today I decided to transplant it. I put it on my desk to remind me that Spring WILL come again! It's a little beauty.
After it drained almost dry, the ice pond is full! I bet the wood ducks will be back in the morning. In all the years I have lived here, that pond has never been so 'active'. It has filled and drained four times now! Not to mention the freezing and thawing.
I have a new pen and some inks arriving in the mail tomorrow. The little Pilea can oversee the ink testing! I'm looking forward to having company. 😋
