DD was down yesterday or I would have written sooner.

We went to a rehersal dinner last night with the glowing couple and I met her family for the first time. We had a wonderful evening, and for an intorvert, I think I did really well. Although I DID choose the booth in the corner !
(The minister commented that it looked like just the spot for Hobbits!)

I liked him right away... :-)

We are headed out to have brunch and then supposed to be at the church for pictures at 2 o'clock.

It is interesting wherever we go there are ads for low-carb foods. I even heard a commercial on the radio for a low-carb grocery store! All I could think was that they were labeling things with how many carbs they have in them... boy are we a bunch of sheep or what? BAAAAAHHHHH!

Well, I better get going. I think I need some breakfast.... What I WANT are carbohydrates. But I will seek out some protien instead...
