After the initial shock of disappointment yesterday… and the near miss that almost landed our nameless stuffed lamb in the dustbin of creative failures…. a friend made a suggestion. I followed her advice. This is what the advice looked like.     Notice the difference in the color of the yarn before and after felting! This morning I tossed her back into the washer, trying not to get my hopes up too high. Turns out I should have let them soar.   Thank you C. for the great idea. You saved a little lamb. And part of my sanity.  :-)
