Sunset

The learning curve with the new camera continues.
I took these quite a while ago now, but due to Dear Diary being down, they didn't make it on here.
I have since stopped using this particular setting on the camera because it is a little TOO aggressive in its biases for exposure.
But they still have a certain charm.
The subject matter was impressive anyway.
These are taken about three miles or so from my house.

At the base of the mountains right about where the sun is going down is our town.
Suffice it to say, in my humble opinion, I live in the most beautiful place imaginable.
Though I admit to a certain bias on the subject.

Wow, that is beautiful. Your part of America has always reminded me of Central Otago, the part of NZ where I grew up (and where my family still live). You just do it on a much bigger scale than us! :-)
