Oh yes they are mouth watering table fare.
Not only good to get out and do some hunting but know you have not lost your eye for upland game hunting. Ms Daisy (wife) has a special way of preparing them . I will save some for Yetzirah when they come up.

Hybrid pheasants? Never heard of such a thing. Dustbunny raises pheasants? Hmmm, must be. I don't think pheasants in the wild hybridize.

I never saw hybrids as black as those pheasants. Very cool looking birds. How do you guys cook those? I used to have a raison dressing recipe for pheasant, but I lost it years ago. Just as well, since I don't hunt and it's impossible to get decent pheasant any other way.

Do they taste like 'Krispy Kremes'? ;o}
