  So how about this one? Seems like it would fit in around here no? 51DE9-Oc8fL   This is the first one on the list. If I don't do it soon, I'll forget again. I just know it. And there I will be next year, two days before Hannukah with no menorah, and no candles wondering what is WRONG with me. (We ALL know what's wrong with you. It's quite obvious.) What's that, all knowing cranky pants? (You LIKE using weird stuff to solve problems.) Future Cat tells us that in New Zealand this is called "the number 8 wire solution".  I like the sound of that. Figuring something out with what's on hand. It's resourceful. Creative. Ingenious..... and cheap. (Cupcake. Get a grip on yourself. In your world, it's absentmindedness at best, and laziness at the worst. I'm voting for lazy. It has a nice ring to it. Besides, you are supposed to be performing a religious obligation. Seems crass to use a cookie sheet with aluminum foil on it.) Well, for once ( ), you have bested me. You are absolutely right about that last part. I've seen the error of my ways.     That is totally you and will be a nice addition to your menorah collection. Of course the other will most likely be embarrassed. Looking forward to seeing it all lit up next year.

    It's perfect. But I'm a big fan of "the number 8 wire solution" as well. It's the kind of thinking my science teacher self tries to teach kids.... and now teachers....and it helped bring the Apollo 13 astronauts back to earth safely after a big "Houston, we have a problem" situation ;)
