Guess Who Came To Dinner?

We had to get ready for an unexpected guest rather quickly yesterday.

From the phone call to the doggie at the door was about four hours.

She came all the way from Nevada.

I don't think I am going to share her history with you this time. It's kinda private, but suffice it to say that she needs a place with fewer pack members. How's that?

I have a feeling, it won't be long before she is headed for a forever home. She's too pretty, and so far seems to have few vices. But in the meantime, we get to enjoy her. Lucky us!

Sunny is accepting as always, and Fiona just MIGHT have a playmate. Let's give it a few days and see what happens. But so far there has been no Fiona chasing going on. This is always a good sign.

    What a beauty! Is it just the angle the picture was taken at, or is she rather tall for a sheltie?

    Does she tolerate a hair dryer after a bath?

    Your Shelties are so lucky to have a hostess such as Sunny. She could be jealous, territorial and all that, but she welcomes her new playmates. Does she seem to miss them when they go to their new homes?

    Oh what a beautiful dog. I am a dog lover and see many dogs at the campground, which I love to pet and ask about. I wish I had a pet business...but I do see a lot of dogs when I work! That dog will find a home very fast as she is gorgeous!
