Today, while looking for something else [as is so often the case on the computer], I ran across this painting by Sir Lawrence Alma-Tadema.

It lights up areas of my brain that I didn't know I had up there.... It's titled, Ask Me No More.

'Sir Lawrence Alma-Tadema was a Dutch painter who later settled in the United Kingdom, becoming the last officially recognised denizen in 1873. Born in Dronryp, the Netherlands, and trained at the Royal Academy of Antwerp, Belgium, he settled in London, England in 1870 and spent the rest of his life there.' 

I'm so glad he walked the planet.

I found this painting years ago and fell in love with it. I was happy to stumble upon it again today and I just wanted to share.
