Looking at those makes me hungry!!

I can almost smell it from here....... mmmmm, such a wonderful aroma. :) The only thing I really missed when I went gluten-free.

Bread is totally magic! No matter how many times I use yeast, I'm always amazed by it. You start with an unappetising brick of dough, and a couple of hours later those wonderful little micro-organisms have converted it into something soft, fluffy and incredibly tasty, just by breathing. How can that not be magic? :-)
