Today is my cooking day... I started with Lemon Curd. I may get nothing else done today. The stuff mesmerizes me. And with strawberries added to my yogurt and lemon curd, well, one could go into a food trance for the rest of this warm afternoon...   Sunny thought it was worth a sniff too...   You will excuse me now, I have a date with Summer.
