Happy Teeth

We are here in the mountains visiting the Mother and the Father.
The 300 mile road trip was happily uneventful.

I have been to the dentist today.

So what you say ?

This man has been my dentist since 1966 !

I don't want anyone else messing about in my mouth thank you very much...

The good news is, I have clean teeth now !
The bad news is, I had a cavity :-(
The good news is, they decided to make me another appointment this afternoon and they fixed the cavity...!

Wasn't that sweet of them ?

Now I don't have to drive 600 miles for an appointment later on.

I got to visit with my friend D. the receptionist at the dentist. We share a love of rainy cloudy days. And we got our wish today as it was one April shower after another.

Anyway, that's the scoop from the home grounds. From the lady with the numb but happy jaw.

Thank God for modern denitstry !

Gotta run, Shabbat in 20 minutes....

    I REALLY should find a dentist, i haven't seen one in about four years, my teeth are beginning to fall to pieces, at this rate i'm going to have dentures before i'm 30, it's not good.

    I HATE going to a dentist. The drilling feels like my brains are turning to mush. I have a molar that is desperate for a crown. I just can't pick up the phone and make the appointment. I think I'd just as soon have the tooth pulled!
