Balanced
Today was a good day.
Mostly because this happened:
Few things put my world in balance like baking bread.
And when you consider that a good loaf of bread can cost about 4 dollars at the store, that means this wad of dough is worth 16.00….
this too makes it a good day. :-)
So now that we have lots of bread, we are ready for the snow. They say it's coming again.
We had a little bit yesterday… Ben declared it acceptable:

Dang I miss wheat! The smell of fresh bread baking has to be one of the best things on the whole planet!
Must. learn. to bake. gluten-free / corn-free. bread!!

suddenly I feel the urge to bake... though with how warm it already is at barely half six in the morning me thinks I could wait a couple hours then just leave stuff on the counter to cook rather than fire up the oven :P
