Speaking of, I saw it spelled 'Matzoah' today and wondered if that was correct. Though I'm not at all an expert I always knew how to spell Matzah properly. Something new or just foolishness?

I thought matzah was singular and maztot was plural? I am celebrating Passover for the first time this year :)
