The onion pie with potato crust was a hit. Very tasty. Though next time I think I will slice two potatoes for the "crust" as more potato would have been nice. Just imagine Yukon Gold potatoes under all those onions.... mmmmm.

My friend C. showed me how to work a Sudoku puzzle last night at our Tanya class. It was kinda fun. Anybody do those?

I am having a bad case of the fidgits right now. Knee bouncing and only on fanny cheek rests on the chair. I feel the need to flit around the house. So I will bid you good day.

    Now I'm not only waiting for a BAGEL but also a dish of onion pie with 'two' Yukon Gold potatoes.

    Maybe Hubman would be tempted to move to the mountains and open a little cafe????
