The sun has been shining in all its glory these last many days, but oh my, has it been chilly at night!
I've been indoors a fair bit during the mornings, so I have been following an art project on YouTube by Kelli Blouin. She's the one I did the Inktober Zentangles with.
Here's my progress so far:
This one is really fun because it is done in such small increments without the stress of fitting everything together like before. I loved the end result, but it was nerve wracking to DO.
Remember this?
Anyway, if you are interested, here's a link to one of her videos.
All you really need is a paper and a pen. You could even use pencil. The point is not so much the end result as it is in the doing of it, which absorbs your whole attention, giving your monkey brain some much needed down time. 🙈😂
(I hate to break it to you, but when you get rid of him, the hyperactive simian finds me and pesters me to death. Do me a favor and keep your Zentangling to a minimum.)
See! Another benefit of my art projects! Woot!
(This is not the response I was hoping for.)
Well, in the words of the Dread Pirate Roberts, "Get used to disappointment."
