Billing Data

DearDiary.Net offers additional features within the site for Plus Members, who subscribe to the site with a small monthly or yearly payment. In order to operate this system, we use the services of Stripe Inc. Stripe will collect your billing details and store these in line with stringent industry standards.

Although we do not store your billing details, we can see billing data such as your address, for the purposes of reducing fraud. We cannot see your credit card details and do not store or transmit them - this is done directly via Stripe.

Your Responsibilities

Although DearDiary.Net will not share your information, it is important to remember that you too are responsible for ensuring the safety of your own data by;

  • Not revealing your own personal information within any public entries or comments.
  • Absolutely not revealing any personal information about any other users of the site.
