My Career In Forestry

So, I was trolling along on http://pinterest.com/ the other day and saw this compelling image...
A tiny forest in a teacup!
Forest of what?
Lemon seedlings.
So I went to the web site and found out how to plant them.
You have to cut off the fibrous outer coating of the lemon seeds with a sharp knife... [you will have to put on your Zen pants to do that, it's time consuming] and then plant them in moist soil. I covered my container with saran wrap to keep the moisture in.
It took 8 days, but look what is happening!
I don't know about you, but I don't think I will ever get over the miracle of seeds.
EVER.
