I guess determined little chicks can come into the world quickly if they want to!!!
I thought I would go check and see what was happening, and even took one picture of that pipped egg, and didn't notice what was hiding further back under Miss Lydia!
I pulled her a little further back and LOOK!!!
It looks like it might be a golden laced. We'll see as it grows up.
See those precious little wings. I can hardly stand it they are so cute!
