OH! I guess determined little chicks can come into the world quickly if they want to!!! I thought I would go check and see what was happening, and even took one picture of that pipped egg, and didn't notice what was hiding further back under Miss Lydia! I pulled her a little further back and LOOK!!!       It looks like it might be a golden laced. We'll see as it grows up.     See those precious little wings. I can hardly stand it they are so cute!   My heart is bursting! Here's for the scientifically minded...   Now we are on watch for the second egg that has pipped. I'm doing the Snoopy dance over here!!!   Someone get me a hanky. Sniff. Boo buk buk hoohoohoo…...
