The wind howls. The rain comes down in torrents. I hope my baby peaches hold tight to their branches. Poor little things. I inspected the fading blossom ends on the tree the other day and found these fuzzy little swellings under a sheath at the base of the dried up flowers. I will have to take a picture when the weather improves. I was thinking of putting some seeds in the raised beds today, but if it continues like this, I won't be setting foot outside.

But who knows, in an hour the sun might be shining. It's the fickle days of Spring after all.....

Those of you who haven't heard from Dustbunny lately, never fear. All is well.
Except for the computer up there. It's on strike. The tentative diagnosis from our family geeks is a hard drive failure. There are some major withdrawl symptoms being exhibited from the victims of the meltdown. They miss you all... and of course the weather and stocks and news and Free Cell too. But mostly you. :-)

Help will be on the way this coming weekend. Hope they can hold on till then.

Gotta go now. I'm up to my elbows in kool aid packets and hanks of yarn.

The flooring is vinyl "Montana Slate" (see here http://www.fastfloors.com/style_13361,0/Congoleum-Diamond-Slate.htm ) and I love it as it is textured so it doesn't look like vinyl, but more like tile. We have it throughout the house wherever there isn't rug.

Ah, so the Bunny crashed. It's like being cut off from civilization. Aaarrrgghh!

But come to think of it, civilization has its drawbacks, too. But that's another story.

How do you dry your yarn when it's so wet outside?

    Shalom
