Sometimes our foster dogs come to us with nothing. No story, no history, no collar, no tag, no name. Piper was just such a one.

Other times, they come with all of the above plus a dowery. Snoopy came with stuff. A fair amount of it.

One of his things was a nice dog bed, which we were told he wasn't all that fond of. Well, I washed the cover and plopped it down in the living room to see what would happen.

Snoopy has been on it once or twice, but soon gets too warm and moves to the kitchen tile.

Sunny however is all over the idea of having a dog bed in the living room.

Maybe its a reward for putting up with such a long list of newcomers with style and grace.

Seems fitting.
