It's quiet today in my inbox. DD Land seems to be full of busy people. [The Hen would approve of your industriousness I'm sure.]
I am winding down to the last bits around here. Pillows for the car, blankets for slumber party at relative's house. Vitamins, toothbrush, knitting, and other necessities are getting tucked away for last minute packing into the car.
I always find it interesting what we choose to haul around with us when we travel. I find a pillow is essential. And a packet of Huggies wipes to clean your hands after eating in the car. And since I have a horror of 'nothing to do', tend to bring a laundry list of diversions. This time will be easier because there will be four of us in the car for half of the trip.

Sunny will be staying with me brudder and his sweety. This is very good news as they have a dog too and Sunny just loves to play with other dogs. So even Sunny gets a holiday with friends.
Okay, back to the minutia. Clean the cat box, put out a mountain of cat food, pay some bills, eat lunch and then turn the heels of my socks while I can give it my undivided attention here at home. The rest I think I can do in the car without too much trouble.
