Well, the little Border Collie went to a home
with kids and another doggie friend waiting for her.
I suppose in the grand scheme of things
that is a very good thing for her.
I hope everyone is happy together.
I will admit to a bit of a quivery bottom lip. But not a broken heart.
The words of my Rabbi keep echoing in my head.... "It's all good."

- From:ImNotLisa (Legacy)On:Fri Dec 09 2005Oh no! Well, I suspect it won't be too long before there is the pitter patter of little feet in your home now that you have the idea of it. I hope it happens sooner than you think it will.
- From:Sezrah (Legacy)On:Fri Dec 09 2005ahh, dear yetzirah, you are indeed a good sport. my sympathies on 'losing' the dog before ever having her and yet, i'm glad too that she has gone to a family filled with kids who will hopefully love her to bits too
sez - From:InStitches (Legacy)On:Fri Dec 09 2005I firmly believe God does not make mistakes so all must be as it is supposed to be. That said, I'm sending you a hug and a word or two of encouragement; don't give up the search. Your new best friend is out there somewhere. I'm just sure of it. :)
- From:Bookworm (Legacy)On:Sat Dec 10 2005Oooh, bummer, man. Oh well, there must be a better puppy for you. ;-)
- From:Dananarama (Legacy)On:Sun Dec 11 2005Just think, if the little Collie was meant to go to a home with children and another dog to play with, then there must be the perfect companion waiting for you right around the next corner,
Just make your you keep your chin up and your eyes open.
