Just writing that makes you think that a snow in April should be some kind of pastel color, doesn't it? Something that would coordinate nicely with the daffodils and grape hyacinths? But no, it's still white, even when it falls this late in the year.

It fell in the middle of the night and when I opened the curtain in the morning, all I could do was laugh. Really? But no one is complaining, precipitation is precipitation and we are not permitted to complain, nor do we want to. Every drop of moisture in any form delivered at noon or midnight is a welcome gift here in our drought ridden area.
The sun is strong in April. She took care of it by end of day, like cleaning up some embarrassing mess so as not to spoil the revelry of the tulips and narcissus..... And her reputation. :-)
