You will not believe this, but it is only 76 degrees here this afternoon. 😶 So unheard of in August around these parts. It's overcast with thunderclouds that weren't even forecast for today and there's thunder rumbling all around us, but no rain. Lots of cool wind though. Feels kind of spooky to tell you the truth.

To be clear, I'm not complaining. I like it. But just seems strange.

After I finished all my work today, I sat down to follow a tutorial on YouTube. I completely lost track of time altogether. I can't tell you how long it took to make this painting, because I didn't take note of the clock when I began.

It was very enjoyable...

I should paint thunderclouds in the sky, then it would truly capture the day that it was painted!
