Avocado Crunching
Thu Feb 08 2007

I am taking a little break from socks these last few days and have reverted to my felted purse pursuits. I have also adopted a Longaberger basket that was sitting idle in the house as my knitting basket. It has a tartan lining in it and I have taken to calling it The Macgregor.

This is what is spilling out of The Macgregor at the moment:

I have dubbed it the 'Guacamole Project'.

It certainly has been tasty to work on. It's like my comfort food of knitting. Very little 'minding the pattern' goes on here as you can tell.

Okay, back to work. Bills await. I hear them fomenting rebellion in there on the dining room table. And believe me, you don't want your bills in an uproar.

Gotta go.

My bills put me in an uproar.

Those colors are working out better than I thought they would.

My new socks are giving me much comfort. I'll post a picture one of these days.

    Shalom
