It Takes All Sizes
Scotty is visiting us again.
His owner is having some medical problems and needed a place for him to stay for a week or so.
He, like Ben and Sunny is shedding his winter coat like crazy. Yesterday I pulled an astonishing amount of hair off him. He wasn't all that fond of the process, but I insisted. Today he needs a bath. It will be a good day for it. We are supposed to get over 100 degrees. He'll dry off fast.
He is a real short little Sheltie. I told Hub Man he is so short he looks like he's standing in a hole.
I'm not kidding.

Scotty's favorite thing is a garden hose or sprinkler. Oh yes, and chasing cats.
Fiona has taken up residence under my chair in the living room. If he gets too close, an ominous growl wafts up from the darkness. Scotty is not impressed.
Poor Fiona. She puts up with a lot.

I'm about to take my cats to a groomer for a thorough combing and bath. Oops. Just said the B word.
Scottie is short. Yeah! He's a goodlooking lad, though. Shedding or no.

Beautiful dogs! But, I don't think I could handle the shedding! I'm annoyed with my mini-Dachsund's shedding, and his fur is short!
