Since I have even more free time, i decided to take a more active role in trying to follow God. Also, because shadowrose is right, fear of being a new guy is no excuse for not going. *probaly is the devil making me think that* Anyways, I went to the website provided by a private commentator. The problem is that there was none of that paticular church in my area. Heck, there wasn't any in the surrounding counties either. That was kinda surprising to me. I then decided to look for Evangelical churches in my area using good ol' yahoo. It turned up a few places. I went to thier websites. Some of them had some really weak doctrines. There was one place I "might" check out. It is a evangelical reform church. Most of the doctrines were sound with verses that backed up thier beliefs. There may be potential problems with it though. They sound like a more modern catholic church. One part I didn't agree with was the baptism of babies. I don't believe babies could make that decision to join Christ. I'd have to call them to find out a couple other specifics. I'm picky. I want a church that can throughly prove that thier doctrines are what God wants. I'm probaly done looking for right this second, my eyes are dry. Too much reading. In fact, I'm tired of typing for the moment. that is all. ~END~
