Today sure in the heck did what I had to. *for the most part* Went to history, then got out. So far, got everything done for that class. Anyways, I go outside, some crazy Mexicans out there dancing, celebrating the Independance day. *Oh, I can call them crazy, I'm half Mexican* So as I was getting ready to go buy some pizza and crazy bread at little Ceasers, I see this sign, Bible Studies. I'm immediatly drawn. There were studies being held on the grass. I go there, not too many people though, like 10. This guy is there, he's bout 30, he's talking about Galations. I really liked his take on it, I also liked his general style. Like pray for forgiveness everyday because God can not dwell in the presence of sin. Also, don't just give individual problems to Jesus, give him your life. *I for some reason have been doing that individual thing, here, Jesus, have this but not that* So got that handled. Then went into to go for the "game" club. First meeting tomorrow. YEAH, i'm in 2 clubs, now for the Rise club. That's tomorrow. After that, I got my food at lil ceasers and went home.
Once home I played some Madden football. Played so long that when I got off, was time to go back for my late class, the one at 7PM. Thought I missed the bus, then seen it a block and a half away, I caught it. Went to sociology, learned more cool things. Got home at 10:30. Then I ate dinner, came on the computer and chatted.

The only nation that can be convincingly said to support him is Afghanistan, the war-torn, destitute country where he has lived since 1996.

That was not the end, got alot uglier, with her calling me arrogant and a very proud person and this, which I quote, "usnavy4u: Bye....you really need to pray to God to help you become better person..its a wonder why you have some now...i am serious...BYE" Wow, didn't know it would get so drug out. That last comment kinda hurted, but its ok, I'm willing to let those things go. Its sad that 2 friends can get into such an argument. I think I should've just let it go, even though I know as of Sept. 14, 2:20 AM, we haven't offically declared war on Afganistan.
Well, what else can I say, I hope she isn't still mad at me. I'm gonna pray that we both know when to let conversations have become sour and pointless, and we both let it go.

you and your friend will work it out i am sure - sometimes its best not to push so hard though - a conversation is where two people are able to share their views, even if different, in a way which the other listens and hears and understands that point of view. an argument in my opinion is where one person (or both) push their way of thinking without hearing - listening or understanding where the other is coming from. this is sad - and unfortunately this is where the beginnings of war start. i hope you both can figure out what needs to be done to mend your friendship.

Bush, who designated today a day of national prayer and remembrance, promised that the people responsible will pay.
"My resolve is steady and strong about winning this war that has been declared on America," he said. "It's a new kind of war and I understand it's a new kind of war. This government will adjust and this government will call on others to join us to make sure this act, these acts, the people who conducted these acts and those who harbor them are held accountable for their actions.
"This is a terrible moment, but this country will not relent until we have saved ourselves and others from the terrible tragedy that came upon America," he said.
But, usnavy4u is partially right. It is an assumption, but if it comes to war, it will most likely (at this time based on the CURRENTLY available evidence) be against Afganistan:
In the first suggestion by a senior administration official that bin Laden's organization was involved in the attacks, Secretary of State Colin Powell said the United States was pressing for cooperation from Pakistan, which has relations with Afghanistan's Taliban rulers.
Officials say bin Laden has been using Afghanistan as a base, but the Taliban insists he is not a terrorist.
"We are looking at those terrorist organizations who have the kind of capacity that would be necessary to carry out the attack that we saw on the 11th [of September]," Powell said at a briefing Thursday. "We haven't yet publicly identified the organization we believe was responsible, but when you look at the list of candidates, one resides in that region."
When he was asked if the organization he was referring to was bin Laden's, Powell said, "Yes."
I hope you two will work it out. In my opinion it would probably be a good idea if you both apologized to each other.
