Recently I joined diaringextreme. *check diary index to see the eyes and link* What diaringextreme is, a webring created by jayne. *yes the very one in the top ten* Anyways, I don't know how to quite explain the dilemma, so check out these emails. *ME* Hey jayne. I think I'm having second thoughts about being listed. Why,
well, I was thinking to myself, why am I on here. *diaring extreme* Then
the answer I got from myself stunned me. *I'm not crazy, ok, maybe a lil*
I listed myself because I figured more people might read me. I always
tolded myself I'd never do something as shameless as listing myself *or any thing else for that matter* so I could get more hits. Well, I let ya know bout my final decision in a day. Tinoz

*Basically, I'm having an inner conflict, to stay on, or to get removed* Also note I had to cut the email short, I was gonna go into more detail, but my big bro wanted on the computer.

*JAYNE:* It's not just about hits friend, but about creating a community of diarists beyond DD - and writers helps - healing - and support...

It's up to you and I am not trying to come across as trying to get you to
stay - but rather just tell you it's more than about 'hits' -- I think your
diary has soo much to contribute... just think, how inspirational is it when
you read a diary where someone is going through what you are ---????

*sigh*

Please don't think this extreme thing is just about 'hits' 'cuz if it were I
certainly wouldn't have started it!!

I want it to be so much more. I just didn't have time to put all the helps
and stuff on it.

Well I'm coming across as trying to convince you to stay - plz don't take it
this way -- I'm more trying to defend the ring as it isn't about linkys....

Now then, what I'm really asking is this, *This is where you the reader can give me a opinion or two* Is being listed on another site about hits. *side a of my brain, when it all boils down to it, you get more hits, and where's the community in a listing* Can it really be about other stuff like jayne said. *Side B of my brain, if I could help someone through a problem by them reading my diary, wouldn't that make it worth while and the hit would be just a minor side effect* Put it this way, if I were listed at a bunch of spots *which I ain't* would you be like, cool, I know him. Or would you be like, hey, why is he on all these sites, he must be looking for more hits.

Ahh, to wordy up there. ANywho, any opinions welcomed. Oh, I would also like to thank you people for not raging on me for liking Mariah Carey. *or maybe ya'll didn't read that entry, LOL* Why I say that, well, put it this way, It ain't cool to like her, me being a guy and all. *friends give me funny looks when I tell them*
