Ok, now if you agree with atleast five of the statements, including 1 or 2, and if you have had these symptoms for at least two weeks, help from a pro is recommended. If you agreed with 3, get help immediatly.
I took the test, I agreed to 4. I guess that's borderline. My mom agreed to 6. Neither one of us agreed with question 3.
Ok, now you can tell I took psycology today. :) Was VERY interesting. Learned about stress. How we tend to focus on things that aren't immediately facing us. For example, your at work, then you start to worry about the bills, what to cook, how messy the house is gonna be, etc. We overload our minds with all this stuff, when we don't need to worry about it, until we are facing the paticular situation. Why face it, will only create stress, plus, you can't control the situation from work. Our brains can only handle so much at one time.
Another thing, worry about yourself. Stop trying to achieve other peoples goals. We always trying to sit there and satisfy our friends or family. Shouldn't matter. It's our lives, even if we do make them happy, what is prize? Usally not happiness. We need to set our own goals, and if we don't acheive them, then we only let downselves. If your sitting there worrying about how W or X is gonna feel about you not being a success, will stress you out, then you become depressed. Also, once you do achieve your goal, you are happy because you achieved YOUR goal. *argh, wish I could've stated it like my professor did* ANyways, as I learn, I will try to apply more. Ok, let me try to apply, if someone says your fat, don't care what they think. Letting that person's thinking affect your thinking is stupid. EVERYONE thinks differently. No one is perfect. ALso, your letting his opinions control your mind, don't let that happen, then you lose that freedom of thought, cause your concened with how "he" thinks. Your are still you. We do that too much, let others thoughts of us shape the way we think of ourselves. FORGET THIER THOUGHTS! You will probaly never make that person happy. Even if you do, why would you want to? Just so they could make you follow thier goals?
Ok, I need more, but I hope something stuck to someone. Obviously I'm no pro, just trying to help. A REAL psychologist can actually help you with all this. *duh* Ok, I'm a lil tired, will write about day in a lil.
