What is it that arrived? Several things actually. A few days back, I ordered an electric knife, veggie peeler, some baby flash cards and a food saver from amazon.com. It is the food saver that we really anticipated. It vacuum seals food in an airtight bag. We really wanted one for awhile since we learned of it, as we are prone to having food expire on us. Got it out and put it together. Took a bit more time than I had wanted. Then tried to vacuum seal something and that was hard enough for me to get frustrated and call Michelle over. We scour the net, trying to find a how to video. Finally, we do and waste a bit of our bag, but finally, we successfully seal some Italian sausage. WOOT! I'm half curious to vacuum seal my hand. LOL. Probaly won't though. Don't wanna end up on the news or in the hospital.

Haven't tried the peeler or the flash cards yet. The flash cards look kick ass though. Stuff like jelly not only has the word and picture, but a texture which feels remarkably like jelly! It was fun petting the cat and dog fur. heh. Lil tinoz is gonna love it. No veggies to peel, so that'll have to wait. The electric knife did make cutting easier. So yeah, that is a bit of the extra spending I was alluding to in an early entry. Oh, gotta go.
