Hey, just learned something. Thought some of you would like it. Ok, lets say you have a pic on your computer. IF you want to make it a icon on your computer, follow these steps.
1. Download IrfanView *a image viewer program that is less than 1mb* You can find this at download.com* In the search part, type Irfanview
2.open the program
3.Open the picture through file, then open.
4.Then go up to Image, then resize/resample
5.Put the width as 65, the lenght 78 push ok
6. Next, go to save as. In the save as, pick where you want to save, and *important* change the file type to ICO, windows icon. REMEMBER WHERE YOU SAVE IT AT!!!
7. Choose the icon you want to change, like winamp. Right click and pick properties.
8. click on change icon. NOw, search for the file you saved. Push browse to search. Go to the place you saved at. IF you saved it on the desktop, C:\WINDOWS\Desktop. If the icon is in a folder on the desktop. C:\WINDOWS\Desktop\Iconfolder *iconfolder is the name of the folder* IF you named the folder games. IT would be C:\WINDOWS\Desktop\games
