Today was not even close to yesterday. Today was totally stressful. Where to begin? Well, it started with there being a note in the kitchen to Michelle. It was from my mom, it has told Michelle that she had to clean the dishes. Michelle was gonna eventually get to them when Vanessa was talking to my mom and my mom said that if she don't clean them, that me and Michelle wouldn't eat dinner. Michelle, one who doesn't like to be threaten *who does?* decided that she wouldn't do it. She said she'd rather starve than forced wash. Michelle was ready to do them in a nice way but the threat brought alot of negativity with it.

My mom eventually comes home. She sees that the stupid dishes aren't done. She then starts to tell Vanessa that me and Michelle aren't gonna eat. So I go in and defend michelle, telling my mom that if she didn't threaten her that she would've done it. I also told her not to expect it. Its a favor, not a must do job. So after that wonderful argument, me and Michelle get to working on our essays. Me and Michelle breifly get into an argument unrelated to that. Afterwards, we again do our essay. Michelle then hears my mom speaking spanish and talking about us. *yup, she knows spanish, she took 3 years in high school* So i go in for a closer hear. She is talking about me and her to her friend "don mateo" Eventually I defend us again out the window. They go to the store.

She gets back and gets me some snacks. *VERY surprising* Though Vanessa says those are for me and not Michelle. NOt that it matters much what she says, I'm gonna share it with michelle. After that nice lil moment, she again starts to talk to Vanessa about how fed up with us she is. The thing is, she wants us to be her lil servants. She expects us to clean up the bathroom, my room and the kitchen. She wants rent. She wants specificly wants Michelle to do her bidding. SERIOUSLY! When I cook or clean for Michelle, my mom is appalled. She very much wants Michelle to follow her gender role. In our relationship, we take turns. It is a very equal relationship, something I believe in. *sometimes Michelle don't like it, but hey, equality has its drawbacks*

The thing she doesn't understand is that we are physically and mentally exhausted. 6 days of school, 4 of work a week. Those days of work barely support oursevles. Life is expensive. My mom expects me to pay when I can't. FOr goodness sakes, she don't even provide breakfast or lunch. Dinner is rare. The house is falling apart literally. Its dirty beyond the point of repair. And if you think I'm exaggerating, ask Michelle. She didn't believe much of what I wrote till she got her. She thought it couldn't be that bad. LOL. The room I take up wouldn't be used anyways. So to me, I while i understand her point, she has to understand mines. My mom is just to dependant on others.

So anyways, the biggest thing came a lil later. She starts to talk about just leaving us in the house without paid rent. She says she's stressed out with everyone and just wants it to be her two kids. *meaning vanessa and alex* Thing also is that they are not empty threats. I believe when she gets her income tax return she is gonna do it. She been hinting on it. Honestly, if she does leave me and Michelle, I dunno what I"m gonna do. Michelle is safe by falling back on her parents. I'm not. Her parents don't like me. They HATE me. To them, I stole their daughter and I'm a Mexican pig. I doubt I'd be able to stay anywhere for more than a week. The only friend I know with thier own place is Jeff. *actually, he lives with his sister as a roomate* As much it'd hurt my pride to plead to stay there, I know I maybe could for a month. As long as I can finish out my semester. Very bad timing for leaving me.

Other problems include the standoff between Lorenzo and Ricky. The latest round includes Lorenzo yelling at rick for coming in the house and talking to alex in the morning. Lorenzo was trying to sleep when rick woke him up. Rick, taking it overly personal, starts talking about how he's gonna call cops on Lorenzo and crap. Lorenzo starts his threats on rick. Rick tries to fight him but my mom holds him back.

Fast-forward to right now. Rick's car all of a sudden messed up. Stuff was drained from the car. Nearly exploded he says. Ofcourse he blames Lorenzo. So now when Lorenzo comes home, something might happen. Something bad...

To be honest, i don't like neither. Lorenzo is overly bossy and thinks he's so damn macho. Rick is someone who thinks everyone should bow down to him and be so nice to him. The fact is, he isn't like that to anyone. He wouldn't even pick me and Michelle up in the rain at night. He delights in the idea that I walk from college. Not to mention the threats rick has said to me before.

As for the moment, Michelle and I are hanging in there. Though I dunno how much of this crazy lifestyle she can take before she gets fed up. So much. Alot of things I don't even bother writing on here that are just daily hassles. SOunds like a little, but trust me, they are alot stressful than anyone who just reads this would think.
