I forgot to write today I had to go to court. *for jaywalking and a failure to appear* I was scared. Why, well, the fines they give are ugly, especially after a failure to appear. So I go there right. Then I watch a lil video in there. So the judge comes in. He cleans up his 8:30 people, then starts with us. The second person up was a person who jaywalked and had a failure to appear. He plead guilty to both. The judge was like $1000 and maximum 6 months of jail. * DO you have any idea how much that scared* My knees actually got weak. Also, I almost felt like if he said that to me I'd cry. So as the judge got ready to pick me I got my papers ready. *I was banking on discharge paper I got from the surgery I got, the court date I missed was on the 3rd of april, just about a week after surgery* So I go up there and he's like, what do you plea on the failure to appear. * my lil heart was beating like heck* I was like not guilty. HE said," why" I said cuss I had a tumor tooken out. He said, the papers. I hand it to him. He's like what do you plea on jaywalking, I say guilty. He says, $25, go to the fine room. *I'm at this point estatic*
Just think that was just the minorist of infractions. I don't think I could ever handle a real court case against me. Or how about if judgement day is in a court room. * I guess I'd plea guilty with correction* That trial would be scary. *phew, glad I don't got to face it now*

We have a 'Jabber' server set up on Atomic Systems and a Dear Diary conference on it for anyone to join.
Jabber is very much like AIM and ICQ (indeed, when logged in to Jabber you can use AIM and ICQ inside it too, so you don't need to use all the other clients, just Jabber's own).
You can get it from www.jabber.com, and set it to use 'jabber.atomic-systems.com' as the server.
Your Dear Diary username and password will already work on it, thus ensuring nobody steals names, if you talk to Tinoz on Jabber then you are talking to the Tinoz from dear diary, no doubts.
We're putting together a dear diary/atomic systems custom client for Jabber and it'd be great if more people could use the system and give us feedback on what they do and don't like so that when our own client is ready we can get the best out of it (we'll be integrating Dear Diary features into the client too).

Please, please get help for the younger kids and look for aid for self in going to school. There all types of government programs such as grants, loans and even pay you to go to school...The school also has jobs for students.
