He's out......
Dear Diary,

Wow, been awhile since I wrote. Been really busy of late obviously. Nothing noteworthy happened on Friday. Today *actually yesterday since I'm writing a day late* found out how much my mom is getting from tax return. An astounding $4,000. Give or take a little but that is about the amount. God knows we sorely need that money to get here fast. Its kinda already spent. I hope it really comes here and is that amount. Tax guy said yeah, but is not the same till you have check in hand with money. We will probaly buy a car, fridge, washer and dryer, and lots of groceries. Also, my mom said she'd pay me back. We'll see if she can really make that money stretch or not. So seems like them prayers are helping. That is making me somewhat happy. Would be happier if he didn't get out.

Who is he? My mom's boyfriend. He got out of jail today. So much for him spending atleast 5 years. If you recall, he was in for stabbing this guy. Well, guy never showed up to testify and they never found weapon. So just like that, he's free. American justice system sucks. THEY KNOW HE DID IT! I know he did it. He knows he did it. *getting my drift?* Justice needs to take that blindfold off and open her eyes cause anyone can see he did it and deserves to spend time in prison.

Oh, update I suppose. He just came over. Says he's changed and stuff. Brought a bunch of pictures and roses. HA! He's such a phoney. He also said that they are watching him and he can't drink or do drugs or he'll get locked up for 2 years. *sigh* Great, who knows what nonsense I'm gonna have to deal with now that he's out. My life is just so grand.

Speaking of things that get me down, Lisa *the one in the navy* called. She is gonna be stationed near Saudi Arabia. She doesn't want to go but she has to. That isn't even her biggest thing. She is already sad about her fiancee that broke off the wedding and other stuff.

Ok, enough of that, time to look on the bright side. *something I need to do more of* Tax refund soon. Got a best friend that talks to me daily. I"m alive. I don't have to earn God's love, cause its free. :) *imagine if we did have to earn it, i think it'd cost too much* Ok, I'm off for now.

I am so happy to read of your Mom's tax return and to know all the good it will provide for your family.

It was encouraging how you started looking on the positive side. Keep it up! Praying for ya.

sometimes the justice system seems unfair, but I for one am glad they can't put me away unless they can prove I did something illegal. It is too bad the man didn't show up to prosecute, and the weapon wasn't found though :(

That is my frustration, is that we let people go free because we are too busy to show up and testify...

Nope, God's love don't cost a thing. Matter of fact, we're getting paid for loving God. Now that's what I call a great gig!

I'm glad to hear about the tax rebate, as I'm certain it will coem in useful for all your family, and it's definitly deserved.
Sorry though, about this guy who's getting out of jail way before he should do. I guess, it kind of makes you want him to drink, or do drugs, just so that he'll be out of your way
*hugs*
*takes your hand and takes you for a walk*
See the squirrel looking up at you, just watching you, and the sun shining through the trees, making little patterns on the ground. Hear the birds singing, and the sound of a stream flowing past?
It's those sort of things, each day, I see that help me to look on the bright side :)
Hope you feel better soon honey
