She goes in and is looking good. I wait and just 15 minutes later she emerges with a giant grin on her face. I'm thinking, ALRIGHT! However, she didn't necessarily get the position but she felt that she nailed it. They're gonna interview 2 others and that leaves Michelle in a good position to be thier next Instructional Aide.
We go home on the bus and we both are reading The Notebook on the bus. It is well written as you might expect. She is very far along at that point and I just read with her. It was a nice few moments in a life that doesn't provide for those nice moments. Soon enough though, the highschoolers entered the bus and it got loud. I don't think I could ever work with them. I utterly despise loud people and especially those that talk about fluff. I mean, they're loud just for the sake of it. They're right next to each other and talk as though they are all the way across the bus. Anyways.
We go home and we spend a lot of time reading the book. Though Michelle spends more time than me reading the book. We read and the book, especially towards the end, talks about how love really should be. its great and I feel I learn a few things. Michelle finished the book and on the back of the book is an excerpt of a sequel named "The Wedding". Michelle says she must get it and we will most likely get it.
In other news, I have been really sleepy lately. More so than usual which is saying a lot. I just haven't been able to stay up for more than a few hours at a time which is really odd to me. I'm used to being able to stay up late and stuff like that. I guess it all catches up to you. Hopefully its just short term so I don't have to worry. Though Michelle worries about my health. Just hope its nothing. I don't need more crap in my life. Well who does really?
Besides all that, nothing else really. Got to start arranging some driving lessons. Need that license. Quite a few jobs open up to me when I do; especially this nice one for mental health worker. I know I could get a job if I went for a lesser position, but I refuse to sell myself short. I got quite a bit of skills. Bilingual, around 55 wpm, Office skills certificate, 80+ semester units of college, over a year of steady tutoring. Oh, by the way, when I say I have no job, I really don't consider tutoring a job because of the few hours that I do that. Between me and Michelle, that maybe covers most of our food expense. Maybe. Well that's it for now. Hope your having a decent day.
