So I was curious about the latest information about Rick *older bro* and Wilbur *younger bro's dad*. (to see what I'm referring to, go back a couple of entries) Called my mom and asked if she had heard from Wilbur. She hasn't. However, his girlfriend did call my mom and said that Wilbur took off with their daughter. Wilbur phone number no longer works and no one knows where he or the girl are. Me and my mom assumed that he'd show up here but no, he didn't. We still assume he'll show up with quite a story to tell. I'm wondering what his motivation for taking the daughter is. I wonder if this is just about revenge. (he's prone to it) Or if he is really concerned about his daughter's life and is looking to take her under his wing. Its probaly a mix of both, but he doesn't have the patience for children so I dunno if this will last long....

Called my mom for Rick's number. (No, I didn't have his number) My mom very reluctantly gave me his number, only after calling him and asking if it was ok. (knowing we are prone to fighting) After some small talk, I try to find out the details about him losing his job. Apparently, he was doing some fishy business with the cell phones under his charge. His friend from another store asked how he was gonna cope with being fired (as it was being discussed at his friend's store) and Rick was like, "They didn't fire me yet" So he immediately quit. I asked what he was gonna do for work and he was unsure. Soon after that though, we got into old arguments again. That lasted a full 30 minutes before he compromised. So things are neutral again between us. I am currently fielding bets for how long that will last. Its funny too, cuz he ended up yelling at his girlfriend because she was agreeing with my arguments. LOL. That's all for the moment.
