Did a little weeding, but the sun was getting pretty hot. Probably will go back in a day or so at an earlier hour and complete the job. The celosias are looking very nice now, so maybe I'll buy a few plants and spruce up the planter in the front of the house.

There's a nest of scrub jays in the big bush in the front of the house. I guess mama and papa birds didn't see any threat from me because they didn't dive-bomb me.

The day was beautiful. Probably reached 80 degrees. So nice to see clear skies and sunshine. Maybe that's why I feel so well. Getting over the winter doldrums.

However...I must remember that I still have to get my strength back and I can't go haring off as I used to. Slow down, girl! I still get dizzy and breathless if I move too fast. Dang! that's a nuisance. When I'm in a hurry, I'm in a hurry!

Ah well, this too will pass. Just took my single dose of prednisone for the day. Two more days, then I start cutting the pills in half, and continue reducing every three days until I'm back to my "usual" dose--whatever the doctor decides that might be. I'm going to argue with him most vociferously if he insists on less than 5 mgs. I don't feel well and my joints start to hurt again if I go below that dosage.

Oh. I'm supposed to be taking antihistamine twice a day. Better get that second pill down me. Ah, that's taken care of now. Guess I'll go read a bit then go to bed.
