When I finally did fall asleep, I woke up a couple times with leg cramps. Finally took a Tylenol the second time.
Woke up again at 6 am. Hungry. So had some crackers in milk. Went back to bed, intending to wake up in a couple hours so I could get ready for shul. Didn't wake up until after 9:00. Hurried around, made tea, got dressed and made it to shul late. But made it.
Came home from shul, read the paper, and fell asleep again. Woke up and staggered out to the mail box. Then started reading, and fell asleep again.
How is it I have no trouble sleeping in the daytime, but all that problem staying asleep at night?
Am I turning into a night owl?

To Bubbles:
If your DVDs have sound, I won't be able to hear the instructions. I don't know what happened to to my sound, but I can't listen to music anymore, and can't hear dialogue to "talking" e-cards.
But if I can follow the positions without hearing the instructor, then, yes, by all means, I'd love to have copies of your yoga DVDs.
To Dreamerbooks:
Yes, please, do send the poses. If I can't hear Bubbles' instruction tapes, at least I can follow the pictures.
To Dustbunny:
I will remember your mother's poem, and I do thank you for sending it to me.
To Calantha:
You could try a nursing home and see if there's anyone who doesn't have visitors. You might have to go through a police clearance in that case, as a protection to the patient and the nursing home. I know you're not a criminal, but the law requires it. But I think if you're part of a church group, you're exempt. There's surely a social service agency that would like to have a volunteer--even for one day a week. Every little bit helps. And it is good to feel that you've brought a little something into someone else's life.
So...my good friends, goodnight. I'm getting droopy, but who knows how long it'll last.
Shalom
