Reason
The reason I want to print my diaries is twofold: My sister suggested printing the diaries pertaining to my early married life, the birth of my children, for the "family history." I did print some of those, but I don't know what I did with them. I'm sure they'll show up when I'm looking for something else. Or maybe I sent them to her.
The other reason is that something recalls a subject I wrote about, and I'd like to revisit the entry.
Maybe it's a threefold reason. Maybe I just want to pick up a 3-ring binder and say "Hey, look at what I wrote!"
Oh, yes, and I'm creating a list in Word of the diaries as I print them, hoping for a quick reference. Maybe.
Shalom

If you print your diary, it will be something you can share with your family. It think it's a great idea.

Dear Chaya,
Printing out your diary is a brilliant idea, and a wonderful record for posterity! It would make excellent and educational reading for the younger family members. But only if you allow others to read it.
I have been printing mine out and having them bound by year. The trouble is that even though I am using the smallest readable font and I print on both sides of each sheet of paper, my diaries still end up the size and weight of telephone directories.
Take care and have fun playing publisher!
Love,
E.L.
